How to upload the correct ID documents
To ensure your account application is processed as fast as possible, it’s important to upload the correct documentation. Here’s how to make sure you upload the right documentation that’s required for your account. To view your ID documentation requirements, watch the video tutorial below.
Proof of ID Requirements
Simply upload your Proof of ID via the Moneta Markets Client Portal, or alternatively you may send it to our support team.
Click the green ‘Login’ button in the top menu at monetamarkets.com and log in using the email and password used to register your account.
Click the red “Complete Application” button.
Upload a copy of one of the specified ID documents, complete the form and select “Upload”.
Please note, You may be required to upload both sides, if using your Driving Licence or Photo ID.
